The owner, Joe, is an awesome guy and will treat you like family, he even offered me a coffee while I consulted about the specs of my job. But these guys were first class all the way around from owner to designers (Carlene and Marleny) to installers, every detail was covered. Install time took about an hour which was kind of incredible. Couldn't be happier with the job they did, an easy 5 stars!
Would highly recommend Bedrock Granite! Carlene and the team made the process very simple and provided guidance to help us choose a stone. They had a good variety in their Norton slab room. Their prices were affordable. The timeline was very quick, our Piracema White granite was installed within 3 business days of us calling when we were ready. The installation crew was efficient and went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t have any seams. Thank you!!

Highly recommend! I needed a remnant for a new kitchen island and had to match existing granite. Was lucky enough to find one that matched and quickly pulled the trigger. Their team is extremely helpful and upfront. Being a smaller project they were able to move quicker but I was still very impressed that they came out to measure same day as the deposit and install less than a week later!
Was basically a very simple and profession experience, We purchased quartz countertops. Looks great and everything went well with one small exception. When my plumber came to hook up sink the installers had put clamps too close to the sink which didn’t allow for plumber to hook up sink right away. After trying for close to 2 hours plumber requested someone come and remove and replace these clamps ., To the owners credit he came and did it himself immediately. . I asked if I could be reimbursed for the unnecessary expense of my plumber and owner replied “ let me speak to my office gal. We never got a call back but all in all we are very satisfied.

From the sales floor, to the measurement, to the install, to the follow up - they've provided phenomenal service. True definition of a great local business that cares about each family they work with. We'll be back when we have another project!
BEDROCK Granite in Norton was close by so we checked there first and I’m so happy we did! Carlene was extremely helpful from getting us started to the finished product. Their warehouse has a huge variety of granite and quartz slabs to choose from. We chose a beautiful quartz and also found a sink there that I loved. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant, when we were read for the counter we called them and it was installed within the week! The prices are comparable to others we had seen. The installation was quick and professional, I was amazed at how quickly they put in the counter, backsplash, the sink and drilled the holes for the faucet! We were also able to get the counter with no seams. Would definitely recommend them! They were great!

Thanks so much to our salesperson, John J. We talked first at length on the phone, then I went to view samples. I couldn't find exactly what was needed to match our existing back splash, but John called some different suppliers for us to visit. Our template person was fantastic and worked with me to get just the right curve on our island. The installers - 3 young men were were very knowledgeable, polite, and explained everything that they were doing. It's really wonderful to have a company who cares about their work and their customers. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.
